Kira spent a number of summers travelling with Logan Gorst's barn before getting her certification in equine dentistry and going to school to be a veterinary technician. In this episode, they talk about Kira's love for the equine athletes, the wagon community and much more! 

Ep. 34 Ashley Croteau

In episode thirty-four of Woman of the Wagons, Kass talks with Ashley Croteau. Ashley grew up around her Uncle Vern's wagon barn with her cousin Brendan. When she was 18, her uncle moved to the WPCA, and she went to as many shows as she could. This season, Ashley's husband Rae returned to the wagon seat after taking a six-year break. Hear about how they both got the itch to get back to the trail and what it was like spring training for the first time. Also, hear some stories from Ashley and two former Woman of the Wagons guests' trip to Vegas.

Kass Patterson talks with the general manager of Lloyd Ex Jackie Tomayer about the 2022 NACC and Canadian Professional Chuckwagon Championship tarp sales. The importance that sponsors plays in the sport and more. Kass also talks about the 2022 tarp sales that have passed (the NACC and Calgary Stampede) and those that are upcoming (Grande Prairie, CPCA Finals, and Ponoka). Kass also chats with Ryan and Marg from the Canadian Horse Expo about their inaugural event and plans for the future.
